Things to Remember

  • Paso Robles Wine Country is a beautiful place with many microclimates, so bringing the right clothing is important. One of the reasons this region is wonderful for grapes, is what's called "Diurnal Shift", where temperatures drop 30°-60° degrees overnight. So after 4pm temps drop fast, always have a sweatshirt, or sweater or warm jacket.

  • Getting from one winery to another can take from 5-25 minutes, so plan carefully. If you get delayed, please call your next reservation if you're going to be late.

  • Make reservations for your tastings and/or dinners at least a week in advance. In Paso Robles Wine Country most tasting rooms use "TOCK".   Restaurants use, Tock, Open Table & Yelp. You may just want to call.
